'YSL' out, Slimane in. Saint Laurent new campaign was handled by Hedi Silmane, that has recently made adjustments with Saint Laurent brand. Fall/Winter 2013 campaign inspired by the rock music scene which is an extension to the artist's ardent work with SL earlier this year, based on california's grunge scene with menswear collection on january and womenswear collection on march.

There is no exception that Slimane has presented the campaign in a more artistic direction; Collaborating with artists such as Matt Connors and Rachel How, each photo in this lookbook accompanied with their artworks; The campaign features Black and white silhouettes, mash-ups of leather jackets with fishnet t-shirts, leather pants with knee length double zippers, solid/checkered shirts, iconic Rock'n'rol masculine silver jewellery, jackets with interesting Ornamentation textures, varsities and a tip of formality. All of the photos have been shot by Silmane himself, adding that dark grungy aesthetic he's longing for.
