90's Revival

The 90’s may have had their fair share of bad fashion, hairstyles, and kitschy boy-bands, but there is one trend that seems to keep coming back. A statement lip with a few coats of mascara, smudged liner, and filled-in brows has been seen on and off the runway for Fall/Winter 2013. Ranging from deepest reds to frosted purple, there are multiple ways to rock this trend. For a bolder look try plums, blackened reds, coffee, and Bordeaux. For a subtler look try lip-stains, nudes, or lighter shades of brown. If you don’t typically gravitate towards a full mouth of color, this season is the ideal time to play around with your look.
